1. What Reelloft is
Reelloft is a desktop app that scans the video folders you point it at, shows them as a poster wall, plays them on your phone over your own Wi-Fi and casts them to your TV. It has no account, no cloud and no server of ours in the path of your files.
2. Who sells what
- WaveApp LLC makes Reelloft, issues the license key and licenses the app to you.
- The purchase is sold through Link, LLC under Stripe Managed Payments, which is the merchant of record for the payment. Tax is calculated and collected at checkout. Refunds follow the refund page.
3. Your licence
You may install and use Reelloft on the computers you own or control. The licence is personal and non-transferable; the software is licensed, not sold, and we keep every intellectual-property right in it. You must not share, resell, rent or redistribute the app or your key, because the key is what unlocks the paid features for anyone who holds it. You must not reverse-engineer the app or get around its licence check, and you must not use it to break the law. Where the law gives you a right to study the software, that right stands.
4. Your content
- Everything you point Reelloft at stays yours and stays on your computer. We claim no rights in it and never receive it.
- You are responsible for having the right to play and stream that content on your own network.
5. Paying
- Scanning, the poster wall, browsing and playback on your phone are free forever. Every TV cast previews for five minutes, transcoding included.
- A one-time purchase of $15.00 removes the timer and unlocks unrestricted on-demand transcoding. There is no subscription and no trial.
- The price on the checkout screen, in your currency and with tax, is the one that counts.
- Your key arrives by email and on the thank-you page, works offline, and can be resent from the restore form. Updates for the current major version are included at no extra cost.
6. Changes and availability
We will change features and prices only between releases. We do not promise that the app is free of defects or always available, and casting depends on your network and your TV; we do promise that an update never touches your files.
7. Ending
You can stop using Reelloft at any time, deactivate the key in Settings and delete the app's data folder. A purchase you already made stays under the refund page's rules.
8. Warranty
Reelloft is provided as is. Playback, transcoding and casting can fail on a given device, format or network. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for anything connected to Reelloft is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
10. Law and disputes
These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hi@reelloft.com first; most problems are settled by email.
11. Changes to these terms
We update this page before a material change takes effect and say so in this list. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
