Refund Policy

Reelloft has a one-time $15 USD base price. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled by Stripe Managed Payments at checkout, and we want you to be happy with the purchase.

14-day refund

If the app doesn't work for you, or you're simply not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops — a quick note on what went wrong helps us improve, but isn't required.

How to request one

• Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or
• include your Stripe order/receipt ID if you have it.

Refunds are issued through Stripe Managed Payments / Link to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

This voluntary 14-day refund promise is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.

Your key is verified offline on your own computer, so we have no way to switch it off from here — we are trusting you. By asking for a refund you agree to stop using the paid features and to remove the key with Settings → Deactivate. Scanning, browsing and playback on your phone are free forever and stay yours either way.
