These terms govern your purchase and use of Reelloft, provided and licensed by WaveApp LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using the app you agree to them.

What's free and what you pay for

Reelloft is free to install and use for scanning and browsing your library and playing it on your phone — that stays free forever. Casting to a TV and on-demand transcoding are unlocked by a one-time $15 USD purchase.

Your license

The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and covers the computers you own or control. There is no account and no sign-in: your key is checked offline on your own machine, and we never verify it against a server. The software is licensed, not sold; we retain all intellectual-property rights in it.

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your key — the key is what unlocks the paid features, for anyone who has it;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent its license verification, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use it to infringe others' rights or to break the law.

You are responsible for the content you point Reelloft at and for having the right to play and stream it on your own network.

Payment & updates

Checkout is provided through Stripe Managed Payments, with Sold through Link, LLC acting as merchant of record. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout; Link handles their collection and remittance for the Managed Payments transaction. Updates for the current major version are included at no extra cost.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every file, device, or TV.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveApp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
